No Insurance

It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle that is not properly insured. If you are stopped by the police, you are required by law to provide proper insurance documents. The law requires every motor vehicle to be insured. The owner or lessee of the motor vehicle is responsible to ensure that they are properly insured.

The penalty for driving without insurance is a fine for which the minimum charge is $5,000 and could reach as high as $25,000. In addition your license could be suspended and your vehicle could be impounded for a lengthy period of time.

It is considered a serious offence to be driving a motor vehicle without insurance. In most instances prosecutors will prioritize these types of cases and push for conviction. Moreover due to the seriousness and potential negative effect on the community, Judges and Justices of the peace will be reluctant to dismiss the charges or reduce the fine to act as a deterrent. When dealing with a serious charge such as this, you need the help of professionals.

Here's what our clients are saying...
I can't thank you enough for the hard work you put into defending me for my Careless Driving charge... When your office called me and told me the charge had been dismissed, I couldn't have been happier. You saved my driver's license and cleared my name.

Thank you for (handling) my court case. I especially appreciated winning the case and not just settling for a reduction of the speed - which I could have done myself outside the courtroom. From the first interview in your office until this afternoon, it was all very professional.
